
Took a break from #italianwednesdays last week but in honor of our 3rd week, sharing the spread from 2 weeks ago. We picked up fresh linguini from @delaurentifoodandwine in @pikeplacepublicmarket , picked up like 8 different kinds of mushrooms from @sosiosproduce (it was dealer’s choice), white truffle oil from @abitoftaste in Queen Anne and a healthy amount of butter, because, you know, balance. Topped with fresh grated parm from Delaurenti as well. Paired with martinis (vodka with a twist for me, gin dirty for hubby) followed by a @stagsleapwinery Cabernet. Brought out the @waterfordcrystal candle sticks because WE FANCY and when else are we gonna use them. Hard to see the beautiful handmade in Seattle napkins from @set_the_table_home but they are a staple on our dinner table—check her out! Stay tuned for tonight’s edition. Bubbles up!
