Treated ourselves to an at-home boozy brunch while watching @themasters . I went with a mimosa and threw together a charcuterie board with some leftover cheeses (truffle aged goat, aged manchego, balsamic fig soft goat, tallegio), chorizo and crackers. The main focal point was the pimento cheese from @thefoodwithroots which is a quintessential Masters staple (IYKYK). Haven’t done this in a long while so was nice to relax and FaceTime with friends. Now it’s Monday. Let’s get this week going. Bubbles up!
