Throwback to when @crr2102 got crafty with the @aviarycocktails book. Made the Granny Smith:
-2 oz Granny Smith apple juice (we used our juicer from @omegajuicing )
-1.5 oz @1800tequila
-1/2 oz @delmagueymezcal
-1/4 green @chartreuse_uk
-1/2 oz lemon juice (fresh lemons from @pikeplacepublicmarket )
-1/2 oz simple syrup
Garnish with fresh smoked sage (pro tip: soak sage in chartreuse to more easily burn!)
