Rosemary and Fig Gin and Tonic✨felt like a festive but refreshing twist on the classic G+T this weekend and spotted some fresh figs at @pikeplacepublicmarket . I decided to add some rosemary from our roof to my @greenhookgin and Elderflower @fevertreemixers @fevertree_usa tonic with the figs. It sure came out beautifully! With the backdrop of the beautiful fresh herb wreat from @stokesfarm1873 I was very happy. Just a hint of the fig and Rosemary and the balance of the elderflower in the tonic balanced out the bitterness and then smoothed out with the gin. Recipe is just however much gin and tonic you mix together! I pour to taste, and was a bit heavier handed with the gin given the stronger flavors in the rest of the drink. I’ve seen a lot of gin drinks around the gram recently. Do y’all have a fave? Bubbles up!
