Went on a walk over to Capitol Hill yesterday to enjoy the beautiful sunny weather and found the cutest set up at @marmiteseattle . Each little tent/cabana has a hung heater that doubles as a lamp, hand sanitizer and a lovely flower display. I have been excited to try the Marmite G+T which has gin, lemon tonic and cranberry foam, topped with pink peppercorn and it did not disappoint! The foam was amazing and gave each sip a lovely flavor. The Santa Sangre was also tasty and spicy, with mezcal, añejo, chartreuse, blood orange and spicy pepper. Definitely will be back soon!
