I’m not a huge beer person but I do love a good holiday beer. Give me some spices, maybe a heavier, sweeter beer, and I’m in. So strange because I don’t typically like any other drinks to be sweet or on the sweet side, but the higher alcohol content and therefore higher content appeals to my palate. I have been trying all of the festive beers out there (disclaimer I don’t like porter or stout which becomes a blocker for some of my requirements lol) and came across this one. The right amount of holiday spice, still with a bit of hops and a light sweetness. I had never heard of @andersonvalleybrewing but look forward to trying their non holiday beers in the new year. But this one gets the Champagne Diary badge of approval. Bubbles up!
