Wine Down Wednesday, Holiday Edition! We opened this amazing @hallwines Eighteen Seventy-Three and paired with our #italianwednesday Ossobuco and creamy polenta. Wow we have tasted this wine a few times at the winery and always enjoyed it but this was the first time enjoying it with food. Wow, it blew our mind. Initially smooth and tasting of currant and a hint of bell pepper, it bloomed while eating our meal. Definitely adding more to cart! What are you drinking tonight to celebrate Christmas Eve Eve?
