Broke out the @paradigmwinery 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon tonight with our @donandjoesmeats dry aged porterhouse. Man it was even better than I remembered! Luscious and leathery with a hint of red berries and tannins on the finish. Amazing with the steak. Wow still I’m awe and need to immediately join the wine club. Biggest regret of our last trip. Must convince husband to join another wine club. What’s so special about Paradigm is hardly any of their wine is distributed, only sold through wine club and restaurants. They had a rough go with the fires this year so they, like many others, need our help. A family owned business for the last ~35 years making amazing, unique wine. Bubbles up!
