Last night’s Mask Monday featured the @youthtothepeople Yerba Mate Resurfacing Energizing Facial followed by the @tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Sheet Mask.
The Yerba Mate mask is a gentle microdermabrasion treatment that exfoliates and smooths in just 2 mins. I like using it at the beginning of the week to freshen up after the weekend and remove any build up. This mask has caffeine in it as well which helps wake up and brighten the skin.
I love to follow with a moisturizing sheet mask.
Last night I followed with the Tatcha sheet mask to balance the exfoliation with some hydration. Especially in the winter it’s important to moisturize! This one in particular is ultra-moisturizing packed with Vitamin E and fatty acids. I especially like the fit of this sheet mask, it actually stays put!
