Treated ourselves to @seattlerestaurantweek take out from @shirosseattle last night: 12 pieces of nigiri! Talk about a delight. And my favorite… a piece of otoro (super fatty tuna) was even included!! It wasn’t the same as dining in at the sushi bar, but not having to line up at 3pm in hopes of getting a table while still getting the quality ingredients they provide was an all around win. This is one of the most sought after sushi restaurants in Seattle, so take the time to see them while they do take out and limited seating and support local. Bubbles up!
