Another amazing meal at @adhoc_addendum . We don’t always get the perfect menu (it changes daily) but this one was 100% perfect!! Pro tip: DO THE WINE PAIRING. Trust me and thank me later. Such a fun way to try wines you wouldn’t think to try. Menu line up:
@_tfl_ Waldorf salad (pretty sure the raisins were soaked in wine they were so tasty)
Smoked ribeye (may have gnawed on the bone it was so good)
Added the supplement Pumpkin and Ricotta Gnudi (the pumpkin was so light and the fried sage on top brought it all together and y’all KNOW I am about the cheese!)
The cheese board had Vermont cheddar, local honey and fresh cornbread (more of a cake in my opinion) brushed with honey butter
White chocolate blondie with caramel ice cream (ice cream has caramel ribbons throughout which made it even better. Screw salted caramel just give me caramel k?)
If you haven’t been, this is the best experience and we go every time we are in Napa. They truly transformed during the pandemic but are back to seating at the restaurant on their patio as well as limited indoors. Also the heat lamps are plentiful for when the sun sets and it gets cold. Bubbles up!
