Our first stop wine tasting was at @paradigmwinery which is a beautiful family owned winery (57 years and counting) tucked away in Oakville. The owners brother was kind enough to share the history and stories of the family along the journey to becoming the lovely wine it is today. Not matter how many wine tours I go on, I am always learning something new. This one is hard to find so if you see it, make sure to grab it. 70% of their business comes from their wine club and restaurant distribution so that doesn’t leave a ton to sell in retail!
