Last night’s #italianwednesday was another success. It’s been a really busy rough week so we made pizza again (one margarita and one pesto, mozzarella, ricotta, roasted garlic). So convenient to have high quality dough from @delaurentifoodandwine and just throw whatever toppings we have on hand to make something tasty. My husband was gifted a plentiful @stonewallkitchen package for his birthday that included some lovely pesto which we decided to use as the base for our second pizza. Really tasty and delightful. Even better, we cracked open a Zinfandel from @paradigmwinery that we picked up back in October. Wow, I forgot how good this one was. Much more earthy than many other zins, medium bodied and a bit chewy. So so delicious. I’m glad we picked up a few bottles when we visited the winery! Add this to your list. Bubbles up!
