-1 oz freshly juiced celery juice
-2 oz gin (we used @_big_gin )
-1/2 oz lime juice
-splash of simple syrup (I prefer tarter drinks so I put like a tablespoon but add more if you prefer!)
-optional to addd celery bitters, pinch of salt, chartreuse, etc. to taste
