1 mint bouquet
2 oz @buffalotrace bourbon
1/4 oz simple syrup
Rub the interior of your julep glass with the mint. Add bourbon and simple, then add crushed ice to fill the cup halfway. Stir for about 10 seconds. Add ice to fill about 2/3 and stir again. Then finish with the rest of the ice piled above the rim of the glass. Garnish with mint and enjoy! Bubbles up!
