#tbt to driving on the windiest, longest roads to Asador Etxebarri. One of the highlights from our travels through Spain in 2012. Pro tip: go for lunch and split the tasting menu. It is easier to get a rez and then you aren’t stuffed by the end (portions are not tiny!). We were staying in San Sebastián but took a drive to get here in which we got lost multiple times and realized that speaking Spanish and French is not enough to break through the Basque language barrier. There was a lot of finger pointing 😂 But an unforgettable experience. Bubbles up!
