#tbt to one of the best meals we ever had at @ticketsbar in Barcelona, Spain. We sat outside before they opened for 2 hours and it was worth the wait. The tasting menu is centered around molecular gastronomy and completely blew our minds. We were given “olives” which was olives, freeze dried, liquified and then encapsulated in some sort of coating so that when you put the liquid filled “olive” in your mouth it explodes with liquid olive flavor. That was one of so many amazing items we tasted that night and will remain with me always. Definitely the highlight of Barcelona. Bubbles up!
