We always have to come to @adhoc_addendum by @chefthomaskeller when we are in Napa. It’s tradition. If you’re in Napa Valley, this is a must. But mark your calendars for when the reservation window opens, those book up super fast. Also, definitely do the wine pairing. First of all it’s fun. Second, you get to experience wines that are specifically paired with each course. Oui chef! Bubbles up!
