Cocktail:: Whiskey Sour but with Mezcal

Got suckered into some patriotic flowers at @safeway to get in the mood for the weekend and husband whipped up a fantastic cocktail. It was kind of like a whiskey sour with mezcal… he winged it and put in: mezcal, lime juice, hibiscus syrup firewater bitters and egg white. Dry hake and serve up. No idea the proportions but it came out AMAZING. Craig is the cocktail master (bows). Can’t wait for some BBQ, cocktails and more patriotic delights. Bubbles up!
