New patio and Seattle sun calls for mason jar mezcal margaritas. I’m pretty laissez-faire when it comes to my margs, but:
-2 oz mezcal (@delmagueymezcal )
-juice of half to a whole lime, depending how I’m feeling
-firewater bitters for some heat (@scrappysbitters )
-fill with desired amount of ice
Put lid on mason jar and shake what your momma gave you 😂 Sometimes I add some flavored sparkling water to the top, occasionally some orange curaçao if I want it sweeter. But I love that tart Smokey flavor. How do you like your margs? Bubbles up!
