Caymus 2018 Zinfandel

Last night’s @caymuscab zin was the perfect compliment to our lamb pasta! It tasted of overripe bramble fruit and the high alcohol content really stood up to the braised lamb. Everything Caymus puts out is spectacular and this was a lovely pairing. While they tend to be known for their cab, I definitely suggest trying it. Bubbles up!
