Finally tried the @ridgevineyards Three Valleys Sonoma Coast red blend, it came highly recommended. Mostly Zinfandel (73%) plus Petit Sirah (13%), Carignane (10%), Mataro (3%), Alicante (1%). It paired well with the merguez pizza. The just ripe raspberry and earthy minerals were complimentary. It needed a few minutes and swirls to open up, but once it did it was great. For low $20, def a great Wednesday wine 🍷Bubbles up!
