Bought this bottle of @suntorywhisky_hibiki ages ago and popped it recently to celebrate husband closing a big deal. We’ve had Hibiki before, and tasted many on our trip to Japan, but never had a whole bottle to drink through at home so we were excited to crack this bad boy open and reminisce of traveling and social outings 🇯🇵 Our family friends in Japan gifted us these beautiful hand cut, hand blown shot glasses that were the perfect vessel to enjoy this whiskey. While I typically enjoy the peaty scotches from Islay, this sweet and gentle flavor is relaxing and the blended whiskies make it smooth on the front and a little too easy to drink! We drink it neat.
