Finally tried this @mersoleilwines last night. If you’re not familiar, you may know another wine in the same family— @caymuscab . The Wagner Family of wines are all lovely, and we had the pleasure to learn more about them on our first Napa road trip this summer. How cool that everyone in the family had their own label and freedom to create the types of wines they love while still sharing the quality and love from the OG Caymus. This Pinot Noir in particular was really interesting—light on the front of the palate, with notes of over ripe berries and leather, and finishing with a bit of a funk that really drew me to this one! Check them and the rest of the family out! Bubbles up!
