Didn’t get to visit @schramsberg for a tasting but stopped by @oakvillegrocerywinemerchant for a half bottle of Blanc de Blancs to finally see what the hype is about (and, come on, BUBBLES)! Sweet on the nose but with a nice champagne funk on the palate—a lovely combo! Love that you can choose from a wide selection of half bottles at Oakville Grocery and glad we snuck a taste of this bad boy. Next trip we must prioritize a visit to their bubble house. Bubbles up!
